This was my first time visiting an Eyelab and it was actually an interesting experience! The girls and guys there are the sweetest and they help you pick out frames; you don’t have to struggle to make a decision (they literally had thousands to choose from). The exam experience is definitely different, I was skeptical at first but after receiving my glasses I could definitely see! Will come back next year cuz I actually loved the service and it was such an easy process, definitely bringing mom here.

Consistently disappointed with this optical shop. First order took three weeks instead of promised one. Gave them another chance, promised Nov 13, now delayed to Nov 23 without explanation. Poor communication from Shaarib, causing inconvenience for customers with time-sensitive needs like travel. Unreliable, unprofessional service. Not recommended.

Fast and friendly. This is the way eye care service should be. I just want to go in, get my prescription, and get out. I showed up at 6pm and left at 6:30pm having done the full exam and gotten my prescription and ordered my year's worth of contacts. I no longer have to go sit in a waiting room to go through the song and dance of pretending like this routine is actually worth 2-3 hours of my day when it's just a transaction. I will be going back here for sure. All the things I see others complaining about in their negative reviews (remote optometrist doing the exam, filling out information on ipad, moving fast) are benefits in my opinion.
