Got an eye exam. Wanted to order glasses and contacts. Couldn’t see out of the trial contacts. Instead of retaking the exam, they gave me contacts that were not my prescription and sent me on my way. AFTER MAKING ME PAY $300 up front. I have insurance so that was confusing. Fast forward a week, mind you I drive over an hour each way for this, I come to get my glasses and guess what? I can’t see out of them. The gentleman working there was very knowledgeable, helped me get the correct prescription and lens angle. He said he would get them fixed. Fast forward 2 weeks, STILL NO CONTACTS AND STILL NO GLASSES. My glasses have apparently been picked up already? And contacts were never ordered. Don’t bother trying to call. You’ll get a random call center that can’t help you with anything. Save yourself the time frustration and money and go elsewhere. I have never left a bad review but this warrants zero stars if I could give it.

My son is rough on his glasses apparently. We went into the store today with two broken pairs of glasses and thanks to Robin we came out with two free pairs of glasses. Merry Christmas early. Robin was so very sweet and helpful.

I am re-creating a post that was taken down due to Stanton, optical the afraid of what I posted. But I just wanna make everyone aware that their lens cleaner will ruin your glasses. It ruined mine. The free eye cleaner if you have any type of tint on your glasses or clear coating it destroys that. I have attached a picture of the eye cleaner that I am referring to.
