Easy online to make an app. They saw us with in 5 mins, pick out glasses & they had my daughters glasses made with in 10mins. I would say week days in the morning are the best to come in & get out with in the hr.

The option for a hybrid exam was amazing! So convenient. Arlyn is the sweetest! Super helpful and patient with me while making my selections.

Worst experience I’ve had with an eye exam, the girls (other than their lead/manager or whatever) were unprofessional and the “salesperson” or whoever the bigger girl is that rang me out was rude, barely could speak correct grammar then switched my prescription for a pair of my glasses because she didn’t want to order it (I could hear them whispering about it and looking back at me) sure enough one pair of my glasses hurts so bad, so it was a waste of a “free” pair. Luckily I haven’t had time to stop back over there but I just said forget it lol if you’re that lazy to mess with someone’s eye prescription and hard earned money, enjoy karma & I’ll spend the money all over again somewhere else
