This is the best eye location I have been too. I most definitely will continue to come here! Jorge and Eunice were very kind and helpful with answering all my questions and assisting me with picking out my glasses. The frames they have in the store are very nice and modern, with lots of options to choose from. I personally got 2 wonderful pairs, one in black and one in clear! They will be very helpful with working in front of a computer along with looking good while on the job. 5 stars from me!

As a first time customer, I definitely would not recommend this location due to the manager, George, lacking basic comprehension and communication skills. His willingness to debate with a pregnant woman as well as the extreme amount of sassy comments to her shows his lack of customer service. However, the young ladies in the back whom performs the eye exam have great customer service skills!!

If you don’t use EyeLab, I don’t know why not? This is our fourth time here and we are customers for life. Jose was on point! From the moment we walked in, he was knowledgeable and attentive. We made an appointment and were seen right away. They ran our insurance benefits and told me everything that I was eligible for. I just really appreciated not being upsold but treated fairly and just given my options. It was definitely top of the line service. Thank you!
