Explained every step thoroughly and made me feel assured about my service. After the virtual exam she helped me select two amazing frames and got me everything I needed. This eyelab location is the absolute best!!!! The first time I came in I had a busy day and ended up having to come back later- they helped me order my well needed contacts in less than 5 minutes NOT TO MENTION I came in 5-10 minutes before they closed. They still graciously, efficiently and kindly helped me order them. The second time I came in was to order glasses. They reminded me about the 50% off glasses deal and helped me through the process. They are all nice, quick and easy going! Definitely want others to know about this location and their customer service- it's amazing and they have a great selection plus fantastically affordable!
