Had a great experience with the whole process from the staff and the location. Easy to get in and out. The staff were professional and the technology used to do the exam was great. They have large assortment of styles to choose from or you can bring your own. My glasses were delivered as promised I love them. All in all a great experience.

Thank you Gabrielle for providing excellent customer service to my dad. He isn’t tech savy enough to do his own review but made sure he saved his paperwork so that I would be able to do it for him! I had to go here the other day for an emergency eye appointment and they were the only ones who accepted my insurance and had same day appointments available. I will say I was a bit skeptical at first due to some of the reviews I saw BUT they were amazing! I was in and out in 30 minutes. The exam process was easy, even though there’s not a doctor physically in the room with you, it felt like there was one there. The doctor that preformed my exam was very nice and professional. The in-store employee who helped me was Gabbie and she was WONDERFUL. She was very helpful and explained everything to me before hand. I’ll definitely be going back.
