Charity and Tiffany are exceptional. I have had 3 visits recently, for my daughter, son and myself. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Really nice atmosphere, clean facility, selection of glasses is good. It would be nice to see some popular brands like Coach, Oakley, Ray-ban, etc… I see there are some negative reviews but my experience was wonderful and I will be returning. Please note there is no physician on site, this will be done virtually (hybrid visit). If you like one on one. This is not for you. As a side note…if the materials are in stock, your glasses (if single, not progressive) can be made and picked up in about an hour. Which is something you don’t see as much. Normally I have to wait 2 weeks for eyeglasses to be mailed. Not the case here. I really appreciated the service my family received. Yes, I recommend going here.

I was just in the other day. I’ve been going here for years. I was working with Georgie and she was an absolute blast. She was very sweet and very friendly and very patient. She went over everything and explained it thoroughly making sure I understood and was comfortable. She presented all the options to me. Unfortunately they longer accept the insurance I have, and has to go elsewhere. But I had such a good experience with Georgie, I wanted to at least recognize her exceptional customer service.
