I was very disappointed in my experience with Stanton Optical. I went in and received my eye exam, got fitted for glasses and was told my glasses would be ready within two weeks. A week later they called to say they were ready. I went in and tried on the glasses but they were completely off. The woman took them in back to test and confirmed the prescription was incorrect. She said they would have to send them back. Two weeks later I called to check and glasses were not ready. Three weeks still not ready with an estimated two more weeks. So I canceled the glasses. The phone person said sorry, the refund would be in my account within 48 hours. One week later no refund. So I call back and they say oh sorry they can’t reach anyone. They will have to return my call within an hour. Of course no one calls me back. Finally I drive 45 minutes to the store to talk to a person. Got most of my money back minus the eye exam that was supposedly free with glasses but since they messed up everything I get to pay! Whatever. Worth being done with this company.
