Gave this location a try after having a poor experience at another location a few weeks back. This location had just suffered a water leak that impact the store and smelled like sewage. That said the staff was incredible. They greeted me quickly and apologized for the smell with a brief explanation. Personally, I hate that they had to work through it. The smell is strong. The associate asked if I was aware this was a hybrid appointment and I would be consulting with a doctor via stream. After answering a few questions I felt comfortable with the process and proceeded with the appointment. I appreciate the associate being transparent because this would have been an unpleasant surprise had I walked in to see the doc in the screen. Before leaving the associate gave me a quote on 6mo and 1yr worth of contacts. This is my first time getting contacts and he offered to show me how. Personal and honest customer service. If I can get used to these contacts I’ll return to purchase the 1yr deal. Would have given 5 stars if not for the water damage everywhere and the smell. (Should have closed the business to get this cleaned up) Something to note for readers that aren’t familiar with eye doctors: My Eyelab has great promotions on frames that include the exam. However, this does not include the cost of the lenses. I’m not sure if this is common for all eye places or not but good info to know for those in a budget. Update: I’ve been using the contacts and glasses prescription for a few days now and comparing them with my older glasses and the new prescription is not correct. I wasn’t initially comfortable with the hybrid appointment until after I asked some questions. I should have trusted my gut.

Just picked up my eyeglasses and I'm in love with the Care they took at this location ! Kayla was so very helpful each time I've been there. She goes above and beyond what you would expect. I'll definitely be coming back for my next pair.

My first time coming to My Eyelab & it was great, was greeted as soon as I came in. Everyone was nice & very helpful! Especially Steven he had great customer service, knew exactly what he was talking about/was very helpful in helping me understand everything. Would definitely recommend coming here for your glasses!
