Trisha at the Garland location helped me pick out two perfect pairs of glasses, and was great at explaining all the options for my lenses. She made sure that my new glasses were adjusted just right and fitting perfectly. I highly recommend everyone go see Trisha for the best experience and glasses they will ever have!

Worst place ever!! Had to send glasses bk to lab due to wrong prescription. When they were finally ready after a month of waiting they were still incorrect!
Staff agreed to refund my money due to this problem recurring with several customers. I paid cash.. and expected to get my refund in cash. Store manager refused.
Customer service stated they would email me with confirmation of my report/ complaint.. it's the next business day and haven't heard from
Anyone! Worst company to do business with!!! Still have no glasses or my money!
