I had a great experience with Miss. Crystal. I came in for new glasses but also with an attitude, Crystals warm approach towards me in seeing that I received the best service from her and the company she works for. She was excellent and took the best of care of my need. Her professional attitude made me relax and enjoy the experience.
Thanks to Crystals passion for what she does made the difference and I was able to purchase new glasses. She deserves a 9 out of 10.

Crystal the assistant manager was amazing. Her customer service is top-notch. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Her professionalism and attention to detail were commendable.She is friendly and the welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.
