Love the staff! Shieldquwanna was the sweetest & went above and beyond with no not only being patient through the exam but helping me (who is very indecisive) picking out frames! Jeremy was very helpful as well. He was able to help me fix a screw in my old pair of glasses that I was having issues with so I could keep my old pair in case of emergency! Both were super sweet & helpful!

Staff is very kind and they have many appointments available. However, they really should tell you that you will be seen virtually by an eye doctor, not in person - it was very unexpected. I could have been okay with that if the outcome had been positive, however, the prescription I received gave me a very bad headache and double vision, and the adjustment they gave did not fix the problem. EDIT: after a few months of having glasses I’m sad to say they are terrible quality frames. Easily scratched and very loose. The reflective coating is completely chipped and scratched with normal use.

They gave me the wrong prescription. I didn't know this until I was already a few weeks into my contacts and experiencing double vision. This is something I've never experienced before so I wasn't sure if the physical contacts were the issue. They only exchanged 2/4 boxes of contacts since I had already opened the others, through no fault of my own since I had assumed they gave me the correct prescription. (They also never mentioned I wouldn't get to return/exchange opened boxed) Now I'm left with 6 months of useless contacts. When I purchased these contacts (for over $500) they gave me 2 papers for a rebate. One was expired and the other claimed my purchase didn't qualify. I am now out around $250 in contacts that are useless to me, and I'll still need to buy 6 months worth of contacts in my new prescription. The vision test is virtual as well, which they don't tell you and I find to be inaccurate. EDIT: the new prescription they gave me is still slightly blurry. Please don't go here and waste your time and money.
