I’m not one to write negative reviews but if you don’t do business with them, they make your life impossible to switch over. I asked for a refund because I found cheaper contacts on 1800 Contacts. Waited 15 days and nothing hit my account. I called again and someone said they will call me back, it never happened. I showed up and they said their system has been down for 15+ days and not processing refunds, and at the end gave me snotty/sarcastic attitude after I asked why no one has contacted me to give me this information. Now I have to waste more time and call corporate to get my refund. On top of that, to get my prescription from them is also a hassle if you’re not buying contacts from them. They ask you to fill out a request they email and it takes 3 days to get sent and more days for the prescription to get sent. Finally, the eye exams are done virtual and not thorough. I’ve been seeing blurry with my left eye because of this virtual process. Overall I do not recommend My Eyelab at all, and to this day I am fighting for my refund.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I came in looking for a new rim for my glasses and a worker by the name of Lauren took amazing care of me and my needs. She helped me pick the best design for me and now I’m ready to show off my beautiful new glasses. 10/10 will be coming back again :)

I’ll recommend 💯 They have a good selection and the prices are for all pockets but more importantly was the excellent service that I received from Lauren. she is great finding what you need and she’s going beyond. Every time I need to adjust my glasses she and her colleague, sorry I don’t remember his name they’re very professional and attentive.Good customer service 💯
