Very welcoming & friendly environment.
All employees had a great understanding of what I needed and they met my expectations. Excellent Customer Service. 10/10 Khai and Hector are awesome! The whole process was easy and smooth.

I have purchased two sets of glasses and had one repair. Service was quick, pricing fair, and in the case of my repair, handled same day! Ms. Laquanda Mitchell & Taylor Powell were very helpful. If you are in need of glasses or contacts in the westbank look no further!!!

I haven't had my eye glasses for 2 weeks upgraded the lenses to the most expensive so they wouldn't spot or scratch took them to get adjusted today they had fingerprints on them and what I thought was lint but turned out to be a deep scratch on the lens from being adjusted. Paid too much for them to already be this way so now what this is crazy. They had good reviews. I am disappointed.
