This is such a great location! I’ve been going here for two years and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. This year Anna was the employee who helped me and she was soo nice even when I needed extra help with price matching and refunding. She really went above and beyond!! She’s also very knowledgeable about contacts and prescription changes. Thank you Anna!!

Bored of Directors

Cal the District manager, helped me see again today! I have -7 vision and finding places with these prescription contacts is rare. He had redeemed my confidence in this business! The previous store I visited and got an exam was the garland store. Very rude people and took 3 hours for an exam. Rest assured those people no longer work there. As a new customer this year the customer service has improved drastically in a short few months. Being blind and far from home, I was able to get better contacts and a helpful trial pair to help me drive home. Thanks Cal, your a life saver on my eyes. Will return soon. Why can't more places be like this???
