Starting off the lady who helped me do the eye measurements was wonderful! The fact my eyes were to red apparently I couldn’t get my contacts but they’d sell me glasses yet they could only make 1 pair not two lol then they wanted me to come back 1hr 15 min drive but couldn’t guarantee I could get contacts was frustrating . The worse part was the short rude lady that was doing sales. As a business owner myself I would have fired her on the spot she was rude, not helpful nor willing to answer most my questions. Her alone has made my decision to not come back or refer anyone quite easy. To finish off they charged me for a eyeglass exam only when I specifically took a contact exam as in that’s what I needed and because of this I now have to go somewhere else for a contact exam. I will be doing a charge back as they didn’t do service provided and paired w the poor customer service and not doing the job as supposed to it’s basically a joke of a place I’d be embarrassed as a business owner if this isn’t corporate

In the past 10 years I've bought 2 pair of glasses from Stanton. Now, I will never go there again... So, I fell asleep with my glasses on and broke them. I was thinking, "Oh, I'll just drop by Stanton, get em fixed and buy a new pair. I need a new prescription anyway.".... Well, the experience was horrible. No one greeted me. There were only 3 customers in the store, it was not busy at all. After a minute the lady with another customer asked what I needed, I told her and then she told me to go to the waiting room. I was in there 15 minutes and was not greeted. Finally the lady said, "Whats your name?".. I replied, "Chris". She waived her hand toward me and said, "Not you, your just a walk in"... I got up and left. I was ready to spend up to 500 bucks. I don't know how they are staying in business treating people this way. The place used to be nice to go to.... 10 years ago. Now it's trashy.

Wonderful staff however I am on Medicare and they told me they were out of network for Humana. So I ended up having to pay like $600 out of my pocket for 1 pair of glasses and contacts. A little disappointed in the financial end of things, but I loved their staff and they were very fast, which is great for busy people these days. Just be sure to call ahead and see if they take your insurance.
