I stopped in on my way home from work to schedule an appointment and they were able to give an appointment right then. The deals on glasses are worth it as well for contacts. The appointment charge was not bad at all. I feel with the advanced technology these days, Stanton does a great job.

I purchased my prescription glasses in Albuquerque. I tried calling the customer service number to inquire about putting tint on my glasses to make them sunglasses. After 4 attempts to inquire about my question to no avail. Your customer service call center has a lot of improvements to make. I went to the store since the call center would never connect me. I was greeted immediately by Jonathan he was apologetic about the call center. He was extremely courteous and displayed professionalism above and beyond. He treated me with respect and was very knowledgeable about his products and was able to take care of my situation in a timely manner. I left my glasses and he took the time to call me back, as promised. He is an asset to your company and only wish there were more more employees like him. Enjoyed doing business with Stanton and will do return business because of Jonathan.
