Shoddy work. Don’t use the same day service option if you must go. I understand that things happen so I agreed to allow them to remake them. Once I got home and thought about it more I’d rather not run the risk. I’m going to get a refund first thing tomorrow morning.

I loved the service. Great job! to all the staff helping me get my eye glasses in just same day I visited the place. I didn’t expect to get it right away. Thank you all and kudos to Danielle who helped me choose the frame and through out the process. Well done!

Went in a little skeptical based on some reviews! 930a appt turned into a 40ish min wait. Was well worth it! Heather was ABSOLUTELY amazing, she made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. She was professional, personal and just all around great! I left feeling great about my purchase and confident she helped me get the best price with no insurance!! The other staff was just as pleasant as her, all smiling, kind and super helpful!
