My Husband and I were looking for a new Eye Dr. Hubby doesn’t have insurance so he decided to try this place. They are open until 7 PM which is convenient for people working later in the day. They were so informative and helpful. Helping the both of us with exams,finding new glasses,as well as helping me with trial contacts. They don’t have expensive frames (big name brands) but this helps with the cost. Their frames are made of good quality material’s though (titanium)so if you’re in construction work you might be a little hard on your glasses or frames they’ve got you covered with a year warranty. They stayed till 8:30 working with us. We received our glasses 4 days earlier than expected. The perception in mine were correct. My husband’s script was good on the distance but a little bit off on the reading. Retested for free and No big deal they were able to send them back to fix with no problem. My husband had originally went to Americas best. 🙄 (Definitely not the best)

Liars and thieves. Had me sign up for their contact lens club. Told me I would receive 30% off. Was told after discount my brand was $130 for a year supply. They wrote that price down and said that when I come order then this is what I pay. Come in to order them they said it’s $250 and I get no discount. So I spent extra for nothing. They were unprofessional and obviously don’t stand by their own marketing schemes. Just across the street to vision works

My wife and I went to my eye lab in hixson tn. The customer service from Tia and Donna was outstanding. Above and beyond expectations for 2 walk ins. They close at 7pm and these two ladies stayed until 8:30 to help us with our glasses and contacts Thank you both for all the information and helping us 5 STARS across the board
