Very great customer service. Went on 8/30 to get my daughter her glasses, with pink glasses in mind. They had plenty of pretty pink glasses to choose from. The 2 female reps were very helpful and explained to me what I could add to my daughter's lenses to help her out more. I definitely recommend this place.

I went in due to good reviews. I needed a form signed for my border patrol examination. I asked before they gave me the services they said they can sign it for me. So I continued because I really needed my form signed I do not have vision insurance let alone any insurance at all so I paid what I could. Next day they call stating they couldn't sign my paper for me. So I kindly requested a refund since I have to go look for another Dr who can sign it it's not cheap it's money I could use for my kids or for another Dr. I don't think it's fair that the refund was denied if I had asked before hand. If I had an option to leave no stars I would.

Great customer service. Their staff is attentive to their customer needs. I will keep coming back.
