BJ helped us with contacts and was fast and proficient! He was knowledgeable and his customer service was excellent. This location is in a convenient area and is nice and neat inside!! I highly recommend this location.

Workers were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. First, I arrived at the appointment and was told that I needed to come back in 1 hour with no heads up bc their system was delayed - no apologies given or kindness at that by the guy at the front desk. Finally arrive to my appointment and the girl at the desk was unwilling to look at my insurance card after I give her the name, etc., got me to call my insurance and fill paperwork just to then let me know it wasn’t in coverage when she could have known if she took a minute to look over the card. Would HIGHLY recommend visiting a local facility where they take into consideration customer care and kindness.

I recently had an exam and purchased contacts at Stanton Optical, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. Firstly, my eye exam was not properly conducted, leaving me concerned about the accuracy of the prescription. The contacts that were prescribed to me were also incorrect, causing discomfort and poor vision. Furthermore, I have reached out to request a refund, but I am still waiting for a response and resolution. It seems that the positive 5-star reviews I came across on their platform may have been from the previous owners/company of Eye Lab, as my experience certainly did not match those glowing reviews. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to consider alternative options and go somewhere else for their eye care needs. It's essential to find a reliable and trustworthy provider that prioritizes accurate prescriptions and customer satisfaction.I
