This place is a SCAM! Do not go here. Not only have I not received a receipt for what I paid, I have not received my prescription. There is no “eye dr” at this location. They take you into a room and you talk to a person on a monitor. I was given a set of contacts and they didn’t even have me try them on. After deciding not to purchase a years supply of contacts, I was basically hurried out. I went into my car and tried them on and they were completely the wrong prescription. I called them and was told to come back. Henrey was so annoyed that he had to get the correct contacts. He said he would email the correct prescription within 15 minutes. That was 16 hours ago! Save yourself the $129 and go to an actual eye doctor! Terrible customer service. Can’t make a complaint because he is the manager. Not even a Thank you or have a good day .

Do not go here they put you in the most expensive lenses then make it mandatory then refuse to give refunds. They hold your stuff six months even if you don't pick it up and ship it to the last address on file they are hard to work with. Avoid them

I had a good experience here. Was in and out within an hour, and Becca was awesome. She explained all the details about my exam and prescription, and even helped select my frames. Did the 2 pairs and exam for 79.95. She showed me all the add on options (poly, transition, blue filter etc) and was very helpful. It felt just like going to a plain old eye doctors office, no complaints with the telehealth visit side of it all. Will be going back next year when it's time for another check up.
