Went in today and received wonderful customer service from Tara and her team. It was an even better experience when she helped me pick out my very 1st pair of glasses and excited to know that they're prepared in store and was ready with the hour. I'll definitely return for future exams and specs!

The best experience I've ever had for an eye exam. I chose this place based on location and the excellent reviews on here. I expected a regular nice visit and left feeling so taken care of and so impressed. I entered pretty much first thing in the morning right as they were opening. Tara greeted me warmly and directed me to Rhonda. Rhonda was so professional and sweet as she helped me do my eye exam. She explained everything step by step. It had been a while since I got my script updated, so I really appreciated being guided through the process. After my exam, Tara returned to check on me and answer some questions I had about contacts. She gave me recommendations tailored to me and what my eyes would need. They didn't have my specific script to give me to try out, so instead of giving me an inexact but close match they ordered them on the spot so I will have them shortly! Despite me mentioning I couldn't purchase glasses today, Tara helped me try on different pairs including ones that I wouldn't choose myself. She was not pushy in the slightest, she only wanted me to see that changing it up was a possibility. She said we all sometimes tend to believe only one style of frame looks good on us, we get stuck on one style, but that's not necessarily the only style for you and I actually agree now! Some looked great on me, some not so good 😂 (I'm picky), but she was honest, patient, and pleasantly surprised me with some of the frames she picked out for me. They had a great variety I had not noticed until we started picking some out! Kim was also lovely and kind, she had been listening and gave very helpful input and recommendations. I'm used to a Costco or Sam's club experience where it's very impersonal, in and out, and nobody cares to take the time to explain things. What a stark contrast to the norm, they actually care here. Again, SO pleasantly surprised at this visit. I'll be returning here exclusively for all my exams. I wish all my appointments were through these ladies. Thank you so much to Tara, Rhonda, and Kim for all your help! What a knowledgeable and professional team!

***UPDATE*** I got a call from one of the employees at this location a couple of weeks ago regarding my imperfect lenses; she apologized for everything and could not be any nicer about the whole situation. She offered me a free replacement of my lenses with an upgrade to premium anti-scratch coating. I was ensured that this time the lenses would be scratch free, and I could not refuse. I brought in my glasses the other day to have the lenses replaced; it did not take the owner of the place, Tara, 10 minutes to do that. She was delightful to talk to, and said that she just could not live with the fact that one of her customers was not pleased with their glasses and she had to make things right. I am now fully pleased with my purchase. If you ever have any issues with a product purchased there, have no doubt that they will got to any lengths to make things right. I totally recommend this Stanton Optical location. ****** First of all, I want to say that employees at this location are simply the best. I’ve been at this location several times and have been assisted by different employees, and they were all excellent and couldn’t be any nicer. While I cannot say anything bad about the employees and my experience there, I cannot say the same thing about their frame/lens supplier. What I am about to say is based solely on my own experience. I have purchased two pairs of glasses from them. The first pair came in with scratched lenses and a scratched frame; scratched lenses was the supplier’s fault but the frames had already been discontinued when I purchased them, so they used the only pair they had. I asked for a refund and was given one without any issues, and yet again, the employees couldn’t be nicer about everything. A couple of months later, I decided to give them another chance and picked out a new frame and had new glasses ordered; this time they made sure the frame wasn’t a discontinued model. When I picked up the glasses, frames were in great condition, as they should be being brand new, and the lenses seemed scratch-free with maybe a few smudges that I thought I could wipe off. When I got home, I cleaned the lenses and it turned out that one of the smudges was actually some kind round imperfection very close to the edge of the frame. The lenses also had a couple more minor micro scratches/imperfections. Since I really needed glasses and the scratches did not really obstruct my vision, and I did not want to be the type of customer that complains about everything, I decided to keep them; luckily only I can see that one round imperfection and a couple of micro scratches when I look at the glasses. With that being said, I am not pleased with the quality of the glasses made by their supplier, and I will not get glasses from myEyeLab again. I know that employees of this place do not have control over the supplier’s quality of work and I do not blame them, but I just do not feel satisfied with the supplier’s job. I will probably continue getting contact lenses from this location, however, I will not purchase glasses from them again. It is only due to their supplier’s quality issues. The lenses I picked were also supposed to have some type protective coating that would prevent from getting scratched easily, but unfortunately that is not the case. When one buys something brand new, I do not think it is unreasonable to expect it to be in flawless condition. The rating that I have given solely reflects my satisfaction with the supplier, not the fantastic employees at this location. However, since this location is using this supplier, I thought the rating was fair.
