I had a very wonderful experience! My appointment was at 5:15 and I was checked in by Cassie right on time! Front staff very friendly. Nick the manager was very helpful and even had my rx glasses done within 10 minutes no need to wait for them to arrive. I was very very impressed.
I would recommend it to anyone.
Price is very reasonable and I didn’t feel like they were upselling anything! 🙏

I went in to order glasses, the frame that I picked was a lot more expensive than the one I had previously ordered. The doctor was very accommodating and he price matched the higher price with the lower one. Best customer service! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely go back again!

I have to say the experience I had with Nick the Manager was wonderful. I was there for my son and my husband. I left with getting glasses for my son and myself. When we came back we ordered them for my husband too. Nick even honored a referral for my friend and made her year. Her son got a wonderful looking pair of glasses. I was very impressed with how much he knew and the time and patience he had with our family. My son wasn't being the most patient and Nick never let on. We will be back for sure.
