My partner and I went to get eye exams and new frames yesterday, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and offered plenty of great feedback and advice! The exam procedures were quick, wait times were minimal, and the selection of frames was great! In particular, the associate who checked us out, Cordelia, was great! Incredibly friendly and helpful! When it's time to get new glasses, we'll DEFINITELY be back!

Yesterday when I went in for my examination there was one gentleman there and someone else who was brand new. However they were extremely efficient and my appointment went quickly. The gentleman was very patient and helpful allowing me time to look at glasses frames and help me determine which ones Looked best on me. He was extremely helpful and when I told him that I had medicare He was aware of how that insurance worked and gave me a phenomenal deal. He was very nice and all around very helpful and knowledgeable of their product.He was temporary there only ain't in that office to do some hiring and training. I hope there is someone there that is as helpful and knowledgeable as he is.

I went on Friday, after Thanksgiving, Cornelia moved around the store leading people for checking exams. She is the technician. She did the checkout, she was like a fashioned recommendation, she was amazing, very patient with 10 people waiting patiently for her attention. Just her, alone, she did everything as a professional, nice mood. I don't know if she took her lunch. Even though I was waiting quite a while I can complain about it. I had good attention. I hope she can get a bonus for amazing work.
