Initially I had an issue with an order on one pair of glasses. Was unhappy and a bit frustrated I then communicated with the company about my dissatisfaction and was given a full refund. Since then the manager Doreen has changed my perspective and I have now went back and purchased that glasses feeling much better about the entire experience. I recommend anyone to feel comfortable with Star Optical and their ability to get the job done right.

Before driving there I called and made appointment 4:30pm. However I was driving there from 15 miles away and 10 mins left till to the place and call them and let them know I’ll be at 4:35pm they said I’m late and go back. On google profile says they are open until 5:30pm. Very bad and rude customer service representative. I was trying to go there as a new patient and they treated me with bad service the manager Doreen. People stay away from this place they are unprofessional customer service.

I love dr van he is now , in Cliffside park if you guys are looking for him don’t hesitate to head over there !! The best doctor that touch my eyes 20 plus years !!
