Yes Dr... I found an AMAZING place. Your's is highly overrated. That's funny... Hey Dr. WHAT'S UNETHICAL is to dialate someone's eyes and then try and sell them $950.00 frames. THEY BETTER NOT CHARGE MY INSURANCE FOR ANYTHING. You did nothing but dilate my eyes, give me a headache and WASTE MY TIME. I DON'T RECOMMEND this place at all. Go to Optical Outlets. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Be ready to pay 950.00+... I thought my insurance covered this. Apparently, it doesn't? Paid 50.00 upon arrival. Had my eyes dilated and then went and chose one frame. $950.00??? Anyone, 66 and up, can you afford 950.00 for a stinking pair of glasses? LAUGHABLE. I left with my eyes dilated. Very bad business. I should have read the reviews.

The reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because Dr. Starling was nice and professional but the front desk ladies were very short and not too polite. I also don’t like the fact the patient have to pay at front before having the service done. Secondly, if you have your eye exam done they charge you EXTRA $50 for having your PD measured. I wouldn’t recommend this practice.

I had a great experience here today, and highly recommend this professional team! My appointment was set for 10:00am, and I was walked back to the examination room around 9:55am for some initial prep work with the technician. Dr. Starling was efficient and professional, and I was out of there by 10:20am. By the time I reached the front desk to pay, my prescription had already been received by my pharmacy. This office is clean, organized, friendly, and (most importantly) competent.
