I had a terrific experience at Starling Physicians. The entire staff was welcoming and professional from the start. Doctor Sales listened to my concerns, explained treatment options clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. The office is well run, with minimal wait time and the entire staff is exceptional. It’s not often you find highly professional services in such a pleasant environment. I strongly recommend Starling, Doctor Sales, and the entire staff.

I just had my annual eye exam and Dr Patel and his staff were great! He is very thorough and asked several clarifying questions regarding my eye concerns. He explained things very clearly without talking in medical jargon nor did he talk down to me. I appreciate his thoroughness and patience. On another note my husband recently had his cataracts removed by Dr Sales. Again, Dr Sales and the entire staff was excellent. They are truly committed to serving their patients at the highest level.

Great doctor very focused and explains the issues very well.

Chris Sales MD and all the staff at Wethersfield Starling Eye Center are so wonderful to work with. They truly care about their patience’s well-being, and overall eye health. I myself am a patient and I must say I have never experienced such amazing and attentive service. I am so glad that I made the choice to switch from my previous Eye doctor to Starling ! I have recommended the Wethersfield CT location to all my family and friends.

If I can give this place zero I would. I scheduled an appointment with this eye clinic over two weeks ago. I had a 1020 appointment which I showed up 20 minutes early as requested. I watched countless people be called in before I was and at this point it was almost 11 AM. I went to the window on two different occasions and was told I was next which never happened. The second time the girl told me that the doctor was behind and wanted to know if I could reschedule. For my very first visit I found this to be very unprofessional and disorganized. I had to ask for my $50 co-pay back and ensure that they did not bill my insurance so I can go elsewhere. I would say if you’re considering using this place for the first time look for someplace else. For the amount of text messages I received throughout the last week, reminding me of today’s appointment. I definitely didn’t expect this. I would never recommend this place ever. On top of that the office manager couldn’t even be bothered to come out and try to smooth things out or at least offer an explanation.
