Wonderful Doctor. Really top notch staff. Highest marks.

I have always gone to get my eye checked at a more commercialized place but my insurance brought me here this time. I'm mesmerized but the office space, but the great customer service and mainly by how incredible and superb Dr. Steiner was! What a friendly and down to earth Doctor! I have very bad eyes, with a prescription that is insane; my astigmatism is bad; yet, Dr. Steiner made it look like no big deal. Got my contacts on the spot and I truly couldn't be more happy with the visit! I 100% recommend this office and doctor!

I first discovered this place when I did something incredibly stupid - I used the wrong contact lens solution (the one with the red tip) to clean my contacts before popping a contact in. I burned my eye and drove around randomly until I found this office. When he heard what I did, Dr. Steiner took me in on the spot and prescribed some drops which eventually healed me. Since, I have returned to him and I cannot be happier with the way he practices his profession. I was recently treated for a corneal ulcer and again, Dr. Steiner saw me without an appointment, and insisted to see me every few weeks to track the progression of the recovery. Thanks to his treatment and careful tracking, I am now fully healed. He also has very competitive prices for contact lenses.

I've been coming here for awhile but stopped because I don't agree with their practices. Yes, the staff and dr. are personable and nice. But when it came to their practices, I don't trust them anymore. I went here for about 3 years and in the third year, the dr. didn't even bother to give me a real exam. Only the automated one was used and didn't give the real proper eye test where you have to identify if 1 lens or 2 lens is clearer. I was surprised because I always used this test, and he said no, it wasn't needed. They always push me to buy new frames to because they said my insurance covered it, but I am still having to pay out of pocket. Not to mention, I had to buy contacts and it only covers one of the two. When I believed it was just a cash grab, I started seeing another optometrist and I told them about the lack of eye test I was given. They were surprised, and when I was given an eye test, the prescription I was given was too strong. Also, my vision was stable here and I didn't need new prescription or glasses, contrast that with this office in which I always needed a new prescription and they always pushed me to buy new glasses. I always came away spending a lot of money here, whereas my new practice I spent far less. The staff is personable and I think most people will review on that, but once they catch on to the dishonorable practices, probably just leave like I did.

What a great Doctor. Dr. Steiner took the extra time , to make sure I was happy. He is very personable, has a excellent staff and clean office.
