Tried to schedule an appointment and was given extremely rude customer service. They asked for my vision insurance provider several times and I have them the name and group number and that still wasn't good enough. They kept asking who my provider was and I have them all the information I have on it. I don't know what more they want.
Then the lady assisting me hung up on me because I was asking her what additional information they needed. I guess they don't want my business.
