I had a 9 AM appointment for an Eye exam and I was waiting in the hallway. Near the elevator outside the store door .When the lady arrived. She was very disrespectful to me. She changed her attitude when I spent $500 on classes. Done when I was having my eggs and the oriental lady. Eye doctor was very disrespectful. I'll never be going back to that location. No one called to tell me my glasses were ready. When I came in today to get them 20 min. before the store was closed, the door was locked. After a pleasant young woman let me in, an unpleasant woman came out loudly complaining about someone being allowed in -- 20 min. before closing. She then locked the door behind me -- not 3 or 4 min. before closing. More than 15. When I asked this same woman to adjust the temple tips on my glasses, she proceeded to just bend them with her hands. Before she did so, I asked whether she should be warming them up first, as I presume is Sterling's actual policy. She didn't feel like it. After the pleasant young woman wrote down my prescription for me, I asked if they could tell me the labels for each part of the prescription. The unpleasant woman replied that she could not. Now that I am home, I now see that the prescription was not written down correctly, as it omits the progressive/bifocal part of my prescription. If Sterling wants a reputation as the trashiest eye care center, please give this woman a raise and a promotion.

Good afternoon. This place is absolutely horrible. If you have Medicaid or Fieldis care. Pardon my spelling I highly recommend. Empire Vision works on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo NY. The Optometrist was very unprofessional and they do not do visual acuity testing or check your eyes for glaucoma and the overall health of your eyes. It's terrible I will be paying out of pocket to be seen by a real doctor who actually cares for their patients.
