Your regular optical place. When I went for my appointment this building just finished remodeling so the area inside was a little dusty. Dr. Prasad is a little bit weird and dismissive. Though she is very knowledgeable and sometimes very funny. She is a doctor. Her job is to not please her patients. The staff there is very helpful and one of them (I should of ask her name), she is a blonde, was awesome helping me find a pair of glasses and explaining the price. I will recommend this place, after the dust settles 😏(if your insurance is in network), to get a check up and get glasses.

Staff was very nice, but the glasses are complete garbage. 3 pairs in a year have all had the same problem with the right arm breaking. I also paid for scratch resistant lenses and they are scratched beyond being able to see through them.

BUY YOUR GLASSES HERE!!! I can not express how positive my customer experience has been buying glasses for the first time has been at Sterling Optical. When I bought my first pair, I was in a bit of a hurry and thought they felt okay; but after about a week of trying they were just uncomfortable, even after adjusting them. After about a week, I asked if I could exchange them and upgrade the lenses to polycarbonate to make them a little lighter. They were sooo patient and kind. There was no sighs, impatient looks, or suggestions to just get used to it. She patiently helped me find and try several pairs until I found one that felt better. The exchange could not have been easier. I only had to pay the difference for the polycarbonate upgrade, which was less than I expected. Everything else stayed the same. The whole time both ladies helping me were so, so kind and patient!!!
