Amazing, amazing customer service. I’ve had lenses my whole life, but the clarity with their digital lenses are amazing. I ordered high end lenses and that’s what was delivered. No bait and switch here. They explained absolutely everything to me so I knew what my options were within my price range. I will never, ever go anywhere else for my eye care needs!!!! Sterling of Hartsdale was such a wonderful experience. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me pick out my glasses. I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years and this store had the best selection of frames out of anywhere I’ve ever been. They have high quality lenses and many luxury brands. The staff took my face shape and hair color into consideration when helping me pick out a frame. I absolutely love the glasses I got from Sterling and I wouldn’t have them without the help of everyone there!
