THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I have been wearing contacts for 12+ years and this was the best experience I have had at the optometrist. The staff - Cheyenne, Tiana, and Mike - were exceptional; caring, funny, and professional. I felt that the doctors wanted to ensure I was well taken care of through the telemed sessions. I was fitted with a prescription for my first pair of glasses in 12 years and the staff made it so memorable. Thank you all!!!

Glasses went smoothly, fantastic, got what I needed. Contacts? Consistently received rude phone calls, aggressive deadlines, multiple appointments. I understand I could have been more communicative myself, but man, I don't really want to work with people that are just MEAN. I thought I had completed everything, but then got more aggressive calls a month later. It turned out the finalization paper wasn't signed by me after the last appt. But to figure that out I had to go in person and kindly ask them to look at my account. While we reconciled the account, another woman was screaming loudly at another customer on the phone about their contact order. In the same room. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I normally don't complain about customer service but man, this place kinda scared me.

Wow! I’ve never had such an excellent experience with getting new, prescription glasses as l had today with Sterling Optical. Their personnel are GREAT. So accommodating and friendly. Mike Hutchins took the time to go over all the different options while considering the cost of my budget. I am so excited to receive my new glasses and will definitely be a return customer! By the way, they have a phenomenal selection of eyewear. Thank you.
