Love Dr Lipman always professional and caring. The women who helped with glasses was knowledgeable and very helpful.. unfortunately, I have to change my five star review to 0 star when I had my eye exam, Dr. Lipman, who I love told me I could get the same prescription in my second pair of glasses When I ordered the glasses from Michele, I was just told It was the same prescription when I got the glasses I could not read out of them when I told Michele they were sent back to be corrected with the same prescription when the glasses came back in I still could not read now Michele told I would have to pay to get a pair of lenses with the prescription that I wanted in the first place she wanted me to pay an additional $180 to have her mistake corrected I’ve been wearing glasses for 25 years. I’ve never been treated like this by someone ….after the second time I told her I didn’t want them anymore. I wanted to return them she told me to take them home and get used to them. I told her I did not want to take home and get used to them. I wanted the same prescription. That’s what I asked for in the first place. Michele argued with me for 18 minutes insisting that I take the glasses this woman should not be in this business. Michele has no customer service whatsoever. I now have a pair of glasses that I paid over $400 for that I cannot use!!! Please be very careful if you buy glasses from Michele make sure you do you have some kind of guarantee.

I have been going to Sterling Optical for my glasses for many years. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have a large selection of frames, and several options for lenses that fit my budget. I have never had a problem with my prescriptions and have never had to return for adjustments. I have ordered regular glasses and sunglasses. They were even able to put prescription lenses in a pair of nonprescription sunglasses for me. I moved and I travel 40 minutes to Sterling Optical because I know my glasses will be perfect!
