I had a 10/10 experience at this practice. I cannot single out one person that was great, BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL AMAZING. From the exam to picking out frames….this is the first time I have ever felt comfortable at an eye doctors! Will be recommending this place to everyone.

I went to this location do to good reviews, but was very disappointed, they were great with me and daughters for eye exam and told me both of our glasses were covered from insurance up to $175, but after2 weeks i get a call telling me my glasses are not covered and i have to pay $250 more for both glasses. When i called my insurance they told me i was covered, so i called back to the store and told them that my insurance said that i was covered, they told me they don’t see it on the website so told them, they have to call and speak to insurance, they told me they will not call and i gonna have to pay $250 extra top of what i paid them $246 when i went to get my glasses.. my point is they should of called and clear with my insurance. Now me and my daughter have to wait one year to get new exam and new glasses, my daughter was so excited to get new glasses before she goes to college, well atleast i got my $246 back, but out eye exam and will have to pay out of my pocket.

I use to love this place, but I don't any longer. We won't be going back and suggest that unless it's a medical issue, that you stay far far away. I have no issues with the doctors but the optical staff are rude and not good at customer services. Customers and patients are what build the business but with the new changes, it doesn't feel like they want to keep clients. I will be changing practices for my entire family. A staff member was so rude when I was trying to understand the logic behind why I couldn't get my step daughters glasses fixed. They refused to fix the frames because the warranty ran out. I was told I could only buy a new frame, priced over $200. The kicker is they conveniently broke in a way that my step daughter could not have reasonably broke them the day after the lens were put in her existing frames. When trying to understand the policy staff was rude and kept saying that it was their policy not to fix them, a waiver was signed etc. The only recourse was to get a new frame. My step daughter had been without her glasses for about a week already they didn't seem to care that these glasses are a must for our diabetic child to ensure she doesn't' get headaches. No where does it state they won't fix glasses even if we paid for it. They out right refused. I then tried getting the prescription, so I could figure out a reasonable option outside paying $200 for another set of frames I was told I would have to pay for the prescription and they refused to give me other information about the measurements because it wasn't part of her prescription. It was against company policy to give me any of the other information that I requested. They were unwilling to accolade ANY solution out side of ordering the same frames that just broke. The service I received was very curt and cold not being one bit sympathetic to our situation. It's really sad that this eye doctor office is not what it use to be.
