She really took her time to ensure I was comfortable with handling my contacts. She not only made me feel confident in using contacts but also showed her dedication to great customer service. The receptionist and Dr. were very very personable and very polite. They made my husband and I feel so important. they worked with us and advised us how to choose what type of glasses we needed. I have no idea why I did not go to them as my first choice. They are, up to date the best optical in Staten Island. I will continue going to them. Went looking for a new pair of glasses , my girl Renata helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses that suited me. Everybody is so friendly and nice. If you are in Staten Island ,i recommend you go to Renata, she is very patient and so sweet and very helpful for finding your new pair of glasses :)
