The man that owns the the place was very nice his name is Van. Doctor Susan ( a man) was not that nice to me and when I was try to explain what was happing and why the glass were not work he told I was wrong - he also was supper short and had no bed side manner. I would not go back there - I have been trying my glasses but I still feel that the prescription is incorrect . Instead of working with me, the doctor wanted to be right.

I had a very good experience here several years ago. Vance was patient and helpful in assisting me, and even adjusted my old frames (purchased from a different optician) for free! I expect to return here as needed.

Outstanding experiences here over many years. I have tried other eyewear specialists including a recent visit to another Sterling Optical franchise and have realized the Sterling in Wayne is the place for me. Excellent customer service but, also fantastic technical work performed on site. They'll make sure your glasses fit comfortably and correctly. They won't let you leave until you are 100% satisfied.
