I am a first time customer and this will be my last time coming to this place. In all my 23 years of needing glasses, I have never come across such rude people. These people are at the front and center of this place. You would think they would be more welcoming and friendly, but they were the exact opposite. They were rude and unhelpful, they offered no assistance even though I specifically asked for help for lenses that would fit my child’s face. The woman who took my child’s eye exam was very professional and kind, but the people in the front lacked professionalism. Despite what I have been told by them, the variety of frames they have is not as they state. Go somewhere else where you’ll be treated better, I know I will.

Front desk is the worst. I wouldn't recommend this place to a blind person at all. They hang up on people like it's okay. Talk to people any which way. Very Disgusting
