Brought my little back in, 6, needed new frames. They jumped to it, receptionist was awesome! Willing to give both my kids 5 and 6 plenty of time and just rocked! Highly recommend!

The staff is great. Dr Glennie is the best in town at getting the prescription correct, and I've been to many others. In addition, he spends a lot of time with patients, explaining their options.

I had hoped to write the company directly but did not see this option on the website. I refuse to send a message through "Klara", the messaging/chat service available. Extremely disappointed with the service I received today and in the last month. The inability to make a phone call to the clinic directly is infuriating. First mark towards bad customer service. The receptionists attitude is startlingly terrible. I have been a customer here for a number of years, what is happening? I came in today to start a return or excange for glasses I received that are not working for some reason and was met with distain and audible frustration. And comments from a back office manager that were relayed to me through the terrible receptionist. It was completely unprofessional and I'm still wondering what the hell just happened. I work a M-F job and yet was told I could not leave my glasses or get a return call, my only option was to wait or come back. I won't be coming back. I'll be finding a new clinic. Also, the hours are apparently not correct on Google (according to said receptionist), can that be updated for your other customers?
