I have been a patient of Dr. Bird for almost 20 years and know he is the consummate professional. I have been able to schedule visits promptly and even though I don't work downtown anymore, I still make that trip because the care is that good. Dr. Bird is very thorough and responsive to my questions and concerns. He noted a potentially serious issue during an exam and made sure I had prompt and excellent treatment. His staff are great as well, know how to decipher the insurance issues, and I love the selection of frames. No high pressure sales either.

I've been going to this office for a few years now. Everybody, from the Doctor to the staff, is friendly and knowledgeable. I wear contacts and glasses, and I've been very happy with the service I've received every time. Highly recommended!

the doctor said I had a spot or a problem in the back of my eye so he took a photo of the back of my eye. Then in 6 months he would compare it to see if it grew. I was in 1 or 2 times for the next photo's and not a word about it. just rushed me through it and took my blue cross card for payment with my 10.00 co pay.
