Dr. Vo is a gem. He is honest, thorough, empathetic and professional. I've used him for several years and I can't say enough positive things about him.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Vo. He was not friendly, and his manner of speaking came across as condescending, as though the patient doesn’t know anything and he is always the authority in the conversation. His communication felt very top-down rather than respectful and equal. I also felt that he did not really listen to my concerns or take my needs into consideration. His overall demeanor came across as arrogant and overly proud of being a doctor, rather than humble and patient-centered. I believe a doctor should listen to patients, respect their concerns, and communicate with them as an equal. Unfortunately, I did not feel heard or respected during my visit.

I've been going to Dr. VO for years. He is thorough, explains things and cares about the health of your eyes. My only complaint is not open on Fridays :)

Great eye doctor. Dr. Vo takes him time with you and explains everything very carefully and is very pleasant, gentle and nice. The receptionist is very efficient and very friendly and it is a pleasure to come here and get my eyes exam and to get glasses..

Wonderful experience! I called to make an appointment and the young lady that answered was so nice and attentive. Dr. Vo checked my eyes, explained everything nicely, was very friendly and so grateful with his patience. I am so glad I chose Dr. Vo to check my eyes and write my new prescription. Will be bringing my husband in soon!
