good experience with the doctor but the ladies at the desk have always been impatient and rude like youre bothering them any time youre calling or in office.

My neighbor and friend referred me to Dr. Krieger. She said everyone in her family had gone to him for years and they were very satisfied. My appointment was on time. He was very thorough and kind and I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful as well.

I have state insurance. My eye exam went well. I was in process of picking out frames. And did not see any that fit my face. And ask if I could bring my own frames. The woman there at the time said yes. No problem. I called the next month to confirm again the answer was yes. The next day I went and was told no using your frames no I ca pay for no line bi focal and take your scrip and leave. I’m African American and I felt every bit of racism drip rom her being. She gave me the script and basically said beat it. If you are of color do not go there!!!

Went to get an exam to have a valid rX on file with insurance to order contacts and glasses. The main receptionist consistently presents herself as being frustrated both in person as well ans over the phone and the wait time is well beyond the scheduled appt time. Doc seems to take his time during the appt, seems slightly disoriented and isn’t clear in communication. He ordered the wrong rX for my glasses and spent and hour retesting to order another pair. I respect his efforts and was patient, but it was not a pleasant experience, I will not be returning nor will I refer anyone.

Called Dr kreiger about a problem with light flashes. He got me an appointment with a specialist on a SUNDAY morning.

Been going here for years, Dr. Kreiger is the best! He is very thorough, very relaxed and is a perfect gentleman. 👏 …
