My experience with Dr Stiles is there is nothing more off-putting than going to the doctor and feeling like they are just whirring through their daily patient intake, treating everyone with as little humanity and personalisation as possible. Nobody likes to feel like a number on a sheet – especially when they are in such a vulnerable state regarding the state of their health. After having several glaucoma eye surgeries such as SLT, two trabeculectomies, a stent, cataract surgery and two revisions I lost more vision within the 5 year period than I had in the 30 years prior with therapeutic glaucoma drops. I would not recommend him for care.

I'm eager to express my gratitude for Stiles Eye Care Excellence and special thanks to Dr Anne your surgical skills are unmatched and I am genuinely grateful for the wonderful job you did on my eyes. Her dedication towards her patients is evident. I'm sure you've heard it all many times before but I would like to reiterate that your skills are exceptional, unlike many of your other patients my surgery was extremely complex in nature as I had very poor, close to no vision. When I first visited Dr Anne. It’s worth mentioning here that I was born with a vision disorder and in my journey, I consulted several renown eye doctors ever since my childhood, even overseas and all I had to hear was Its too complicated and you have a very little chance. I sincerely appreciate Dr Anne for her courage, confidence and kind gesture, it helped me a lot and I never felt nervous before the surgery and I can never thank you enough for giving me 20/20 Vision and making me see the world like I had seen never before, very soon I will get my driving privileges back, I would have been totally dependent otherwise. God bless you.

You have treated my wife for glaucoma the past couple of years and her eye pressure has gone down. You suggested cataract surgery to relieve more pressure and she agreed. It was agreed that one lens would be nearsighted and the other farsighted. She received two near sighted lens. When she asked you about it you said see your optometrist in four months. She went to her optometrist early to learn the truth. The literature tells us this can be devastating to a patient but you kept quiet. My wife was sa number to you She is fitted with a contact lens that she can only wear six hours a day because she's seventy and has dry eyes. The glasses are a disaster. They are worthless blur. My wife is devastated and deeply depressed. She expected communication, integrity, trust, and last but not least, honesty. You failed in all areas.
