I had the best experience with Dr. Brill & Sarina! They are wonderful people and genuinely care about their client's experience. I have only been to a few eye docs in the past and always had trouble with the glaucoma test, which I called the 'eye puff' machine. I hated it and they were never able to give an accurate reading for me since I was unable to keep my eye open for it. Dr. Brill NAILED it! he got both eyes in ONE TRY! They also have a really cool camera that shows every part of your eye, it was awesome to see. & then Sarina took a long time helping me pick out a pair of frames that are perfect for my face shape. I love them. Highly recommend!!!

They were extremely thorough with my examination and with answering all my questions. This is the best bedside manner I’ve had from an optometrist and his staff in my 22 years of wearing glasses! Sarina is A++++, she was kind, helpful, and incredibly friendly. They follow all Covid protocols and keep the space tidy and disinfected. I absolutely recommend them as a practice and look forward to picking up my glasses and contacts 😃

Worst experience ever. 1. I ordered a pair of glasses through them but they messed up the order and got the wrong ones, so they gave me an old used display model instead. They were crooked and worn. They half fixed the crookedness but still they look worn out. 2. They were hesitant to let me even have my own prescription paper- had to request many times. 3. They take your phone on entering and don’t let you use it to compare prices. 4. The doctor was rude and implied I was faking bad vision BEFORE he tested my eyes - turned out I wasn’t. 5. He didn’t wear his hearing aids last time and couldn’t understand what I was saying. I wish I could get a refund

First time patient and it was a great visit. Dr Brill and Serena were both a joy and very detailed in explaining everything. Looking forward to picking up my new glasses in a couple of weeks

I had broken my frames at the bridge. I went in, hoping they could find new frames for my current lenses as I need my glasses to do almost everything. The third frame that Sarina, the optician, picked up worked and it took about 15 minutes start to finish. The office is very health aware. I was asked to wait in the car until the previous customer was clear, and I was offered the ability to wash my hands (not simply sanitize) when I came in. I will definitely be utilizing this office again.

Been coming to this place for almost 10 years. Dr Brill and Serena are all about quality and one-on-one with clients. Never had a problem and will stay with this business for many more years to come. Trust and respect is what I look for when I comes to medical experts. As a working camera operator my eyes are my biggest asset.

Super knowledgeable and efficient doctor staff and an experienced doctor with decades of experience. A wonderful practice tucked away in an unassuming shopping center in Studio City!

Thanks to Dr Brill and Serena for keeping us safe and cared for with our prescription update during the pandemic. We appreciate having a wonderful optometry conveniently located in our own community, and more than 15 years of care with all the staff.

Great service and help. Sought a last minute appointment to fix a broken pair of glasses, to which they were more than helpful, also squeezing me in for an overdue eye test and helping me resolve my issue and get new glasses sorted.

My wife turned me on to Dr Brill and his excellent staff. They were thorough, patient, and very informative. I had changed jobs and found out that they were out of my network. I was so impressed with them, I made it a point that when I chose my new insurance, Studio City Optometric Center was in the network... PERIOD! 2 years later when I got back, the quality of service was refreshing compared to what I dealt with previously. Once again I learned something new. Great job and Kudos to Studio City Optometric Center for another great experience! Also, for doubters like me that read the reviews.... I don't receive any discounts... LOL!
