My family and I have been seeing Dr. khokhar and Dr. Jeffery for almost 8 years. They are the best.

Absolutely awful, showed up to an appointment on time just to be forgetten about for an hour, and then when finally addressed, absolutely nothing was done and was just offered to reschedule. Had to take time off of an incredibly busy schedule and lose money to come here. Anyone reading is better off going somewhere else.

Had annual medical eye exam. Staff did not procure referral from PCP nor it's was conveyed to me at the time of appointment. They wanted to get referral at the time of my appointment later told me to reschedule and come back. No apology nor any remorse. Don't know who is running the office must be very incompetent. Total PATHETIC operation. Not coming back ever. Total loss of time.
