Dr Tuli is an excellent doctor. I had a very persistent cosmetic issue with my eye and she went above and beyond to help me and find the best course of action to ultimately resolve it. She is an excellent listener and it is obvious that she cares about her patients. You will be in good hands with her.

After making an appointment, I received a phone call to call back with my insurance provider contact number, which I did and they never answered. Then they contacted me to show up early for my appointment , which I did. Finally after arriving early, they had issues verifying my insurance, tried to have me leave and tell me my insurance wasn’t in network so I had to call my instance myself and a representative had to guide the front office workers how to properly verify my insurance. Finally after my insurance was verified, which was 12:10 pm, they told me I had to leave because they were closed and didn’t let me be seen by the doctor. Keep in mind my appointment was at 11:45 am and had they answered their phones or properly known how to verify my insurance I could have been seen since I arrived at 11:00am. It’s so sad someone who is a doctor and is suppose to have ethics and morals is willing to just kick someone out so they can go home early and start their weekend early. They need to do a better job on training their front staff how to properly verify a variety of insurances.

I've been going to Dr. Tuli for a few years now - she's the best. So smart and kind. And her staff is the best. I have a very difficult astigmatism and finally thanks to Dr. Tuli, I have a prescription that works! I'm grateful to have found Dr. Tuli and her office.
