I usually dread going to eye appointments, only because it’s been an ongoing process over the last six months. I recently moved from Akron/Cleveland, Ohio, and have been pleasantly surprised by the welcoming reception from everyone! Summit Eye Surgeons did not disappoint me either! The.wonderful smiling faces as you enter the door tell the whole story! I was treated with respect, consideration, genuine care and concern from all of the staff! I am confident the eye exam and the equipment used is state of the art with knowledge technicians. Remember, I have been through multiple exams like these because of different problems with my eyes. I speak from experience, and I’m not bragging.😂 I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dr. Jacob Koczman, who actually took time to explain everything in language I could understand. It doesn’t stop after the doctor. You also get a thorough explanation of what else to expect from the medication and lenses that will be used for your eyes, the day of surgery and follow up exams. No surprise on expense either, you know right up front what, if any, your out of pocket expense will be! I call this the full cycle approach to healthcare! No surprises and a.pleasant experience with happy people! You can tell they love their job! What more could a patient ask for!🥰❤️. I can’t wait for surgery! I know I made an excellent choice coming here!

Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly & courteous from check in to checkout. Dr Koczman explained everything thoroughly. I feel very happy with the outcome of my visit and look forward to my surgery. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

This place is amazing. Right when we first walked in the staff was amazing all smiles and helpful. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.... and explained throughly. I would highly recommend this office. The doctor explained everything in detail.
