This morning I bent up a pair of eyeglasses purchased from Summit Ophthalmology. Called the eyeglass section at 8:25 AM, left a msg, got a call back from Jake at 8:45, brought the glasses in by 9:30, Jake repaired them (no charge) and I was walking out at 10:15. I’ve been a customer there for several years and it’s this kind of stellar service that keeps me a customer…5 stars all around!

Today was my first visit as a new patient. The atmosphere was welcoming and positive and everyone was great. I saw Dr. Ellison and I liked him. He explained everything well so I got an understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new eye doctor.

This operation is way too big for their capacity. People are waiting too long for appointments. I'm not being seen but with my aunt to help her and there's been quite a few people waiting here before we arrived and they're still here....over 70 minutes ago. There's waiting rooms on top of waiting rooms, so u think you're finally being seen but ur not... misleading

Can't get the office to answer the phone to reschedule an appt. Been trying for 2 days. Rings and rings then someone hangs up on me.

Good people who are very helpful, but is always behind on appointments.

The wait time is way too long the doctors are rude to try and argue about your condition on top of that they refuse to send my primary doctor about my eyes. If I could I’d give this place ZERP STARS!

What these people put you through and how long they make you wait is unbelievable, never spent less than 3hrs, and they can't even get a script right, horrible

--Dr. Patel is excellent, explaining all aspects of test results & responding to questions. --Testing equipment is superior to that in most ophthalmology offices. --Disappointing that staff chose/were allowed to work in close proximity without masking. --Frame selection lacking: zero styles offering clip-on sunglasses.

KUDOS to Catherine Hwang and assistant today that performed my minor eye surgery. Tuesday 9.6.2016 Good personality, answered all my questions, never been to an eye doctor before. process took about an hour called today completed today. what more can you ask for. thanks again, doc and staff

Like so many other doctors, takes on too many patients and leaves people waiting. No respect for peoples’ time.

I came here and saw Dr. Krainz. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Albeit other physicians wanted me to see an Ophthalmologist afterwards and now I have to also go see a nuero-ophthalmologist. The verdict still remains what Dr. Krainz has said from the beginning. In fact it would seem the time spent going to see the ophthalmologist was a waste of my time.. Although Dr. Rockwood wasn't bad. In a perfect situation I should have gone directly from Krainz to neuro. (Which he recommended) Long story short? Pay attention Cleveland Clinic. This man is an amazing physician and one day if he continues to apply himself he should be given commendations or a raise, a bonus... Something as an award for excellence in his field, let alone for his bedside manners.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sharma for my eyes for quite some time and he’s wonderful. He has a great bedside manner and he’s very concerned and explains everything thoroughly. He’s done surgery on both my eyes for floaters and for retinal tears. As of today I’m seeing clearly and it’s so wonderful. I haven’t been able to see like this for a lot of years. Thank you so much Dr. Sharma. I’ll be forever in your debt.

Dr Yeakley Was the best doctor imaginable. His replacement that is there now is everything but what Dr Yeakley was! She is inconsiderate, mean, has absolutely no bedside manner! It couldn’t be more night and day since his retirement. Please pay attention to all of the one star reviews!! And find any other Ophthalmologist in the area!

Second time this Dr has run late(in 3 months). He was two hours behind today! My 70yr father in law left without seeing his doctor. Don't wast your time. We unfortunately did.

Like most dr in the area they say they sent over the documents and my insurance says they never received. Called the office to speak to someone no one talked to me until the next day and said the same thing again. They just blame it on any and everybody else instead of just doing their job. Would not recommend dr Rabe

Wait time was absolutely ridiculous! An appointment that was supposed to take 15 minutes ended up taking 2 hours! Place was incredibly disorganized and staff was very unfriendly.

We have great Dr.'s and feel very comfortable with what they tell us.
