Doctor John Ryu is paying a lot of attention to clients, and explains his proposals and prescription specifics in a lot of details. Things weren't totally smooth during our visits, and we had to change the prescription, but everything went fine at the end. Could recommend.

Dr Jon and his staff provide outstanding service. They are all so pleasant and accommodating. More specifically, I get my contacts through Summit and due to my erratic schedule, I was unable to pick them up. Dr. Jon took it upon himself and dropped them off at my house. WOW!! I never would have expected that. With my job, my vision is crucial and he really saved the day. My family won’t go any where else for our optometry needs. Thank you.

Took my entire family to this optometrist after seeing so many good reviews. While we were pleased with the optometrist, the front office staff is terrible, downright rude. It feels they are making you a favor for being there. They refused adding lenses to my own frames with the excuse they are liable for the quality of the process. So I chose to have my own prescription filled elsewhere. However, my daughter's frames she selected without the premium surcharge, fell apart within about a month. The arms come loose and the decorative piece fell off. After taking the glasses to the office they refused to warrant any repair or replacement because they deemed it cosmetic. REALLY? You refused taking my high quality Oakleys and now that your cheap Asian glasses fell apart you call it cosmetic? My daughter is in 4th grade with broken glasses because of your greed. Shame on you. We have since found a real optometrist. Goodbye!

Dr John Ryu is amazing! Eye appointment was right on time. I had a very thorough eye exam. He explained everything in great detail. Got some sample contacts to try out before making a final decision. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely be telling all my friends and family to go here. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience! We took our 5 year old daughter for an exam and Dr John made her feel very comfortable. He has a great way with kids. And my wife also made an appointment and was very happy with her experience. Dr John is so knowledgeable and Becky at the front is incredibly helpful and pleasant. So happy we found this place!

Dr John Ryu is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had in any field. He is caring, patient, very knowledgeable and informative, and he takes time to go above and beyond for his patients, insuring that they're comfortable and that they understand their eyesight clearly. I had broken my glasses and he went the extra mile to make sure I received my new glasses promptly. My new glasses are great! If every doctor was like Dr John the world would be a healthier happier place!

Dr. John and his staff are AMAZZIINNGGG! They made my first time seeing an eye doctor very pleasant. Dr. John was thorough, informative, and overall very lovely. My eyeglasses were available in one week. I cannot recommend Summit Optometric enough. Extremely satisfied! :)
